The strategic intent of the Clean Energy Research Center for Clean Vehicles (CERC-CV) is to forge a strong partnership between the United States and China, the largest greenhouse gas emitters and the largest existing and emerging vehicle markets, for breakthrough research and development. Collaboration between the two nations is essential to develop the most effective clean vehicle technologies, system configurations, regional fueling strategies and enabling policies.
