The bottom end of the weight factor dip tube (longest of the three tubes that make up the level measurement jumper in the tank) associated with instrument loops FL-64100-IT-LOOPS-6087 and 8275 has historically plugged. Efforts to clear the plug during a waste transfer were not successful.
