Strategic Analysis, Inc. would utilize funding to conduct a fuel cell system cost analysis of light duty vehicle and bus power systems. This project is limited to literature studies, technical analysis, modeling, and dissemination activities. No research, development, or construction activities would be performed over the course of this project. See the Statement of Project Objectives for the details of each individual task proposed.
