Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to fund the construction of a storage shed at the Prosser Hatchery. The proposed size of the building would be 40 feet x 48 feet x 14 feet. The building would have a concrete floor and overhead doors, and would be divided into three bays. The building would be used for storage, for routine maintenance activities, and as a locker room for hatchery staff. The area where the shed would be located is within the footprint of the existing hatchery and the ground is already disturbed. Currently, the area where the shed would be constructed is vacant. Construction equipment would use only existing access roads for construction. No water bodies would be affected by the construction of the building.
