Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Replace air conditioning units with higher efficiency units; 2) replace and retrofit water treatment pumps; 3) install light sensors within City Hall restrooms, conference rooms, and meeting areas and new energy efficient lighting within the city?s council chambers; and 4) install solar photovoltaic system on roofs of Public Works buildings.
