Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Building retrofits to county buildings (97 Hammond Street and 73 Franklin Street) which includes: replacing storm windows at both facilities, replacing heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units at 97 Hammond Street, replacing lights in the corridors and offices with more efficient lighting at both facilities, replacing the oil fired boiler at 73 Hammond Street with a natural gas fired boiler, replacing four HVAC units in the Annex Building connected to 97 Hammond Street, and replacing and repairing doors and re-insulating the walkway to Probate Court at 97 Hammond Street.
