The Town of Jonesborough is proposing to use Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funding to install a ground source heat pump system that will serve the heating and cooling needs for the Booker T. Washington Arts and Interpretive Center. The ground source heat pump system will be a horizontal closed loop system with a capacity of 15 tons.
