Silicon Valley Technology Center (SVTC) Solar proposes to use federal funding to create a photovoltaic manufacturing development facility. This facility will allow industry partners access to cutting edge equipment which is intended to speed the transition from research and development to full-scale manufacturing of photovoltaic materials. The facility will be located within an existing building at 5212 Hellyer Avenue, San Jose, California.
