Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Technical consultant to manage energy efficiency and conservation block grant work, 2) conduct audits of city facilities, 3) heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) control upgrades in identified buildings (Glen Hills Elementary, Hope Highlands Elementary, Western Hills Middle, Bain Elementary, Cranston West, Peters Elementary), 4) lighting and HVAC control upgrades in the Senior Center, and 5) lighting and HVAC upgrades in City Hall.
