Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Perform energy audit on township buildings; 2) installation/replacement of multiple high energy efficient boilers and installation of high energy efficiency heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units, chillers, and tankless hot water heaters at identified facilities; 3) lighting upgrades at identified facilities; 4) building envelope improvements which includes weather stripping, window and wall repair, window replacement, and insulation at identified facilities; and 5) purchase motion sensor power strips and receptacle load control devices for offices.
