The City of Hackensack proposes to utilize Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds to design city-wide photovoltaic systems to be installed via Power Purchase Agreement with third party investors who will cover the construction costs of the system. In addition, the project includes lighting retrofits for energy efficiency lighting upgrades.
