Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Develop and implement a program for conducting residential energy audits; 2) conduct lighting retrofits at the Public Works Center, Fleet Services Building, and Village Hall; 3) convert exterior lighting wall packs to light emitting diode (LED) at Village Hall; 4) convert exterior lighting to LED at Village Hall; 5) install building automation system at the Vehicle Maintenance Building; 6) reconstruct and install a new energy-star roof at Village Hall; 7) purchase hybrid vehicles; 8) develop and implement residential green building code program; 9) expand recycling program for buildings, including purchase of recycling containers; and 10) retrofit parking lot lighting at Village Hall, Public Works Center, and the Fleet Services Building.
