Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. 1) Perform energy audit, 2) well motor replacements and variable frequency drive installations, 3) streetlight study and replacement project, 4) closed-loop geothermal lake-plate system (200-250 ton) to be used for heating and cooling of two city-owned facilities (Rochester Public Utilities Service Center and Rochester Public Work Operations Center), and 5) lighting retrofits in Rochester Public Utilities Service Center.
