Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. 1) Procure technical support services for development of projects and analysis of results from retrofit activities and other energy reduction projects; 2) conduct building retrofits of the Citizen?s Center which would include replacing the rooftop heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units and roof-mounted condensing unit and refurbishment of the basement air handler; 3) install a building automation system at the Hunking School which would provide control over the HVAC equipment located throughout the building; 4) hire a solid waste recycling coordinator to implement the recycling program; and 5) conduct street and traffic light retrofits.
