The following upgrades are proposed for existing BREs (Ballistic Resistant Enclosures) within the K-Area Complex: 1. Provide a battery indicator to verify battery health and select the correct battery charger for application. 2. Provide a fresh air supply to minimize carbon dioxide levels in BREs. 3. Provide an industrial grade heater capable of heating a BRE.
