Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Lac du Flambeau Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians proposes to install an approximate 27-ton, horizontal directional, closed-loop geothermal (ground-source heat pump) heating and cooling system for the Lac du Flambeau Tribal Natural Resources Complex.
