Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Metlakatla Housing Authority of Alaska proposes to replace the current fuel oil heating system of the Senior Center, and its related equipment, with a new electric heating system; and also replace the current fuel oil heating system of the Senior Complex, and its related equipment, with a new central electric dual-boiler heating system and with new energy efficient electric hot water boilers for each unit.
