The State of Utah proposes to use $500,000 of State Energy Program Recovery Act funding towards the installation of a large scale ground mounted solar photovoltaic project located within an industrial area of Saint George, Utah. The total size of the proposed photovoltaic project will be 250 kilowatts with a total anticipated project cost of $1 ,917,500. The purpose of this project is to offset energy consumption levels for an adjacent manufacturing facility.
