The scope of work will be to repair and/or replace the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system located in building CPP-663 at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory. The scope will be to repair the existing system or identify an energy efficient replacement to the existing system and place a National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E code compliant electrical metering system that will monitor building electrical usage. CPP-663 is a two story maintenance/craft warehouse building. The building houses offices, maintenance shops, storage rooms, and other support functions.
