Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve conducting an energy audit of two Priority Government Buildings and two Priority Residentially Owned facilities: Based on the recommendation above, and coordination with tribal staff, priority 2 commercial and 2 government buildings will undergo energy audits. We will work with local service providers to audit commercial buildings under available programs. On the job training will provided to 1-2 tribal members to the Energy Audit process of 2 governmental buildings and 2 residentially owned facilities. Technical consultants will support the Tribes efforts, conduct energy audits and provide guidance in terms of job training for 1-2 tribal members.
