Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program. The Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma propose to perform energy efficient retrofits at two facilities: Geary Nursing Home (replace windows, provide energy efficient appliance, and perform ductwork) and Calumet Grocery Store (replace heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system, provide energy efficient appliance, and perform ductwork). Components of the retrofit work will be performed by Tribal members trained through the Tribe's Energy Efficiency and Conservation Program EECBG activity.
