Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed actions would involve the establishment of a training program for tribal members with the intent of creating a small tribal work crew capable of performing weatherization upgrades and energy efficiency related improvements to tribal facilities and homes for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma. The training program will develop entry-level, mid-level, and skilled-level positions. The Tribes will contract for training services and provide the necessary space. Equipment relevant to performance of future audit and weatherization activities will also be acquired.
