Clark County, Washington proposes to use $500,000 of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds for the following activities which are bounded by the signed statement of work and are therefore categorically excluded. These projects are being reviewed as part of a project modification where a previously reviewed project has been eliminated, and will be replaced by Activities 8 and 9.
