The Oregon Department of Energy will be passing through $472,506.00 of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funding to the City of Cottage Grove to remove the existing mechanical aerators and install an air header and bubble diffusers in the city's wastewater treatment systems aerobic digesters.
