M3 Wave Energy Systems, LLC is proposing to use $240,000 in Department of Energy funding to evaluate the commercial viability of the Delos-Reyes Morrow Pressure (DMP) ocean power system. The final goal of this project is to determine an approximate cost per kilowatt per hour that would be expected from a full-scale DMP system. Additionally, various modeling and testing tools will be created to facilitate short term and long-term system development.
