Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Native Village of Kotlik proposes to 1) hire an employee to conduct energy efficiency and conservation audits and 2) purchase Environmental Protection Agency-approved wood stoves and fuel efficient burning stoves, copper fuel tubing and oil filters, compact fluorescent lights, porcelain lamp holders, and surge protectors for retrofitting homes in the Kotlik community.
