Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Native Village of Scammon Bay of Alaska proposes to 1) develop an energy efficiency and conservation strategy and 2) retrofit the Tribal Office Building with foam insulation, hire carpenters to complete the project, and install a new energy efficient glycol furnace.
