Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Skull Valley Band of Goshutes proposes to weatherize the windows and doors of several tribal homes and the community building. Retrofits would include adding insulation, replacing/repairing windows and doors, replacing/repairing roofs, replacing water heaters, and replacing the stove in the community building.
