The Sandia National Laboratories/New Mexico (SNL/NM) Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) program proposes to use the Mobile Environmental Measurement System (MEMS), also known as the Atmospheric and Terrestrial Mobile Laboratory (ATML) truck, for the measurement of atmospheric conditions and greenhouse gases (GHG).
