Sandia National Laboratories/New Mexico (SNL/NM) proposes to operate a Raman Laser System for specialized science and technology research. Targets would be set up at short-range, medium-range, and long-range locations and illuminated with the laser. The laser's light spectrum is invisible and poses no ocular hazard at distances greater than about 160 meters (525 feet).
