The County of San Mateo, California would use Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funds for the following activity which is bounded by the signed Statement of Work and is therefore categorically excluded: Activity 3, Energy Efficiency Analysis and Upgrade Program for County Facilities. This project will involve energy audits, studies, engineering design, capital equipment purchase, installation for energy upgrades in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for various county facilities.
