The Pecos Valley Biomass Cooperative proposes to use federal funds to gather information and formulate computer models as to the proper approach to deal with the manure pollution situation. This project will consist of technical feasibility study of wastewater and solid waste created by cattle, engineering research for treatment alternatives, environmental compliance requirements researched, outreach and education, and project management.
