Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. This project is to re-design the pole spacing between businesses, replacing wooden poles with Fiber Glass, eliminating 10 percent of the poles and installing sodium vapor lights. The existing wood poles that are replaced will be sold and reused typically by local landscaping companies.
