Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Haltom City Recreation Center and Fleet Facilities Building Energy Management Systems Retrofits: Upgrade of the existing software key to a medium key. Controllers, sensors, and associated control wiring for split systems. Digital display space temperature sensor with set point adjustment and override. Supply air temperature monitoring at each unit for preventative maintenance. Tie in to existing energy management system with color graphics. Link graphics so that all Haltom City facilities with the similar energy management systems can be seen at the same time.
