The Indiana Municipal Power Agency (IMPA) will use the Department of Energy funding under the Competitive Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Award for activities that are bounded in compliance with the uploaded and signed National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Statement of Work (SOW) template. Activities under this program will include outreach, public relations, along with educational and training opportunities.
