Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Shawnee County Health Agency, 1615 Southeast 8th Street. Proposes to replace all the windows and exterior glass doors in the Health Agency building with energy efficient, double pane glass, low-e argon filled windows and doors that will reduce the energy consumption in the building conservatively 25% to 35%.
