Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma proposes to 1) develop a strategy for energy efficiency and conservation for the Seminole Nation and 2) design and install a compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling center near the Transit Maintenance Facility that is currently under design and conversion of the tribal-owned fleet to CNG. An Environmental Assessment was prepared by the Bureau of Indian Affairs for construction of the Transit Maintenance Facility and a Finding of No Significant Impact was issued on December 17, 2009.
