The proposed project is to construct and operate a new dial room at the Advanced Test Reactor Complex (ATR Complex) (formerly known as the Test Reactor Area (TRA)) in order to meet the United States Department of Energy Office of Nuclear Energy programmatic needs and to provide ongoing critical support at the Idaho National Laboratory (INL). The existing telecommunication and data systems located at the ATR Complex need to be updated to ensure the protection and continuity of telecommunications hardware and software property and provide reliability of communications and data connectivity.
