Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Kialegee Tribal Town of Oklahoma proposes to install a vertical, closed-loop, 17-ton ground source heat pump for heating and cooling a newly constructed small office building located on tribal land. The 17-ton unit would be installed in an area that has been previously disturbed.
