Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Install energy efficiency lighting in 13 schools and energy management systems in 2 municipal buildings, 2) install vehicle charging station and solar array at city parking areas, 3) replace existing street lights with high-efficiency induction/LED (light-emitting diode) lights, 4) install fuel cell/engine hybrid power and microgrid for city E911/emergency cooling center, and 5) technical consultant to enhance website of "Sustainable Stamford."
