Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Yakutat Tlingit Tribe of Alaska proposes to 1) hire a technical consultant to assist the Tribe in developing a strategic energy plan, 2) prepare a comprehensive energy efficiency and conservation strategy for the Tribe, and 3) hire a technical consultant to conduct energy audits of select Tribal-owned buildings and facilities.
