Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Substantial Improvement of Field Lighting Energy Efficiency at City of Auburn Game Farm Park. Objectives are to reduce energy consumption and electrical utility costs for field lighting through replacement of existing lighting with a reduced number of poles and fixtures that are approximately 40 percent more efficient.
