Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma proposes to renovate the Inter-Tribal Council Building located in Miami, Oklahoma. Building retrofits will consist of retrofitting the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system for the entire building.
