The State of Wisconsin will provide $3,700,000 in Recovery Act funds to TecStar Manufacturing Company to purchase injection molding machines for producing frames for photovoltaic panels. The company is located at W190 N11701 Moldmakers Way, Germantown, Wisconsin 53022. The new equipment purchases will not require an expansion of the existing building nor require significant construction or repairs of the building. The equipment will not require new permitting or licensing or lead to significant changes in the routine operations of the plant.
