Existing site wide Automated Fuel Management System (AFMS) will be replaced with a modern system. Current AFMS is antiquated, cannot be sufficiently maintained because limited spare parts do not exist or cannot be obtained, and the manufacturer has suspended technical support. Replacement is required to maintain the tracking and accountability of fuel assets required by the customer (Department of Energy and General Services Administration).
