The State of Illinois will provide $30,000 in Recovery Act funds to Southern Illinois University at Carbondale to install a ground source heat pump system for the W. Clement and Jessie V. Stone University Center. The Center is currently being renovated. Recovery act funds will be used to help complete the proposed geothermal Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning system.
