The Idaho Office of Energy Resources proposes to use $86,000 of Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funding for the City of Blackfoot methane capture and use project. The Department of Energy funds will primarily be used to complete the City of Blackfoot's purchase and installation of equipment.
