Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. This project focuses on the District 3 County facilities. The retrofit is to occur to the district office and the district maintenance building. In the office, the retrofit will increase the energy efficiency substantially. The second half of this project will retrofit the existing maintenance building causing a substantial energy savings.
