Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The township proposes to implement energy efficient retrofits to the Municipal, Police and Court Buildings to reduce the energy consumption. The township may purchase new windows, occupancy sensors, photocells, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units, HVAC controls, insulation, with respect to the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) assessment.
