Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The County Building was built in 1854 and serves at the hub of many activities for the residents of the County. The facility has been cooling the space with inefficient individual units. This project will replace approximately 12 air units with a more economizing unit resulting in a potential for savings of 20% energy cost and reduction in carbon dioxide emissions.
